• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.

• It is preferable to have prior experience in dispatching, customer service, plumbing, service technicians, or electricians.
• 2+ years of dispatch experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively is essential.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$23 plus bonuses, based on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.

Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good‑faith estimate for this position.
