Maintenance Technician

• Salary: $70,000 - $81,000 per year

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting (experience a plus)
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime and maintain production goals

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical background (food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry preferred)
• Basic electrical knowledge with experience in pneumatics and hydraulics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Work in a smoke-free environment
• Wear steel-toe shoes
• Work in a non-temperature controlled environment
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs
• Stand for up to 8 hours

• Electronic Maintenance (5 years preferred)
• Blueprints (3 years preferred)
• Inspection (3 years preferred)
• Mechanical Maintenance (5 years preferred)
