• Respond to and clear faults that occur with the baggage handling system in a timely manner.
• Transport baggage within the baggage handling area.
• Report any issues that could lead to additional system failures.
• Complete entry‑level Maintenance Mechanic duties as needed.
• Assist with operational issues during outages or failures.
• Lift up to 49lbs. on a regular basis.
• Comply with company safety program and training requirements.
• Work productively and cohesively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Perform duties such as standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing. Regularly lift and/or move up to 49pounds. Work outside in weather conditions on an airport ramp around aircraft and within confined baggage conveyor areas. Vision requirements include good close proximity, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception as well as hand‑eye coordination.

The environment is similar to airport operations with vehicular traffic. Employees regularly interact with moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, cold, vibration, and loud noise. Work takes place on an airport ramp near aircraft and heavy equipment.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Aviation or airport experience – a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Authorized to work in secure airport areas (badge).
• Available for Day or Night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
