Tooling & Maintenance Support Specialist

Maintenance Tech Support Coordinator provides tooling and material support to Excellerate facilities.

  High School Diploma or GED
• Experience:
  
  6 months to 1 year of experience
• Travel: 0-10%
• Work Schedule:
  
  6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Maintain and track tool inventory for Excellerate and Faith tools.
• Work with manufacturing floor team members to coordinate tool repair and replacements.
• Be the main contact for tool issues and concerns.
• Maintain all calibrated tools. Set up calibrations and track tool location.
• Maintain tool records; inventory, log, cleaning.
• Work with Tool Watch to track tools and maintain and set up preventive maintenance programs for tools/equipment.
• Assist with shipping/scheduling/purchasing of tools, including deliveries and pick‑ups with the Faith Tooling and Excellerate facilities.
• Able to drive company vehicles as qualified and required by the FTI Fleet team. MVR required.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Able to operate forklift, scissors lift, mobile staircase, ladder, and pallet jack, following all safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S principles.
• Coordinate with Buildings and Grounds on facility repairs and service calls.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
