Auburn University is seeking a motivated and hands‑on
Facilities Zone Maintenance Supervisor to lead Zone 1, one of four campus Facilities Maintenance Zones. Zone 1 supports a diverse mix of academic colleges, administrative units, Athletics, and Auxiliary facilities, playing a vital role in keeping the heart of campus running smoothly.

Reporting to the Facilities Zone Maintenance Manager, this position provides day‑to‑day leadership and supervision for a skilled team of trades professionals. The supervisor coordinates and oversees maintenance work orders, ensuring building issues are addressed efficiently and to a high standard. From troubleshooting facility needs to guiding a talented workforce, this role balances technical knowledge, leadership, and customer service. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining safe, functional, and well‑kept facilities that directly support Auburn University’s academic, research, and outreach mission.
