Maintenance Technician Support Coordinator

Job Summary

The Maintenance Tech Support Coordinator provides tooling and material support to Excellerate facilities.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Maintain and track tool inventory for Excellerate and Faith tools.
• Work with manufacturing floor team members to coordinate tool repair and replacements.
• Serve as the main contact for tool issues and concerns.
• Maintain all calibrated tools and set up calibrations while tracking tool location.
• Maintain tool records, including inventory, logs, and cleaning schedules.
• Work with Tool Watch to track tools and maintain preventive maintenance programs for tools/equipment.
• Assist with shipping, scheduling, and purchasing of tools, including deliveries and pick‑ups with the Faith Tooling and Excellerate facilities.
• Operate company vehicles as required by the FTI Fleet team; MVR required.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Operate forklift, scissors lift, mobile staircase, ladder, and pallet jack, following all safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S principles throughout the facility.
• Coordinate with Buildings and Grounds on facility repairs and service calls.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience:
  
  6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Travel: 0-10%.
• Work Schedule:
  
  6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required.
• Skills:
  
  Proficient PC and Microsoft Office Suite user; understanding of tool inventory and preventive maintenance programs (preferred).
• Driver's license and MVR required.
• Ability to operate forklift, scissors lift, mobile staircase, ladder, and pallet jack.
• Ability to drive company vehicles as needed by the FTI Fleet team.
