The Custodian Supervisor A is responsible for the direct supervision over an assigned group of lower-level custodians, and active completion of all custodial tasks aimed at ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of SoLAcc spaces.

Two years of experience in custodial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or food service work.

• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate custodial staff while ensuring proper procedures, safety practices, and availability of required equipment.
• Create, implement, and revise the Master Cleaning Schedule; assign tasks and monitor completion.
• Inspect custodial work, identify deficiencies, and provide corrective guidance to maintain quality standards.
• Manage custodial inventory, monitor supply levels, and prepare requisitions for needed materials.
• Perform and oversee routine and specialized cleaning tasks, including floor care, restroom sanitization, dispenser refills, and deep cleaning activities.
• Report building or equipment repair needs, manage custodial work orders through FMX, and perform additional assigned duties.
