Maintenance Technician - Part-time

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician (25-40 hours per week) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe and functional environment for all staff and visitors.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
• Fabricate parts as necessary to support maintenance activities.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory usage.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Knowledge of facilities maintenance basic experience in electrical and plumbing.
• Pool maintenance experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all maintenance activities.

Friday – Sunday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm
