Reports to: Director of Maintenance

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Hours: Monday through Thursday 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Friday 2:00 PM - 8:30PM or Saturday through Sunday 11:00A.M-11:00P.M. (extended hours when requested)

Location: Orange Beach, AL

At the direction of the Director of Maintenance, the Environmental Specialist is responsible for performing cleaning duties and routine maintenance.

Additional duties may be assigned.

• Assist with cleaning that may arise due to accidents throughout the day in addition to inspecting and reporting the cleanliness of all buildings to the Director of Maintenance.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory to include drinks, ice machines, paper products, and other cleaning supplies.
• Ensure that executive offices are properly maintained and dusted on a monthly basis.
• Assist with the set-up for meeting/conference rooms.
• Assist the Director of Maintenance with Maintenance Requests/Tickets.
• Maintain patios, feed fish, and other related responsibilities by request.
• Promotes, maintains, and enhances workplace culture within the Maintenance department.

Requires a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
