Property Maintenance Technician
Location: Orange Beach, AL
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Friday - Tuesday | Off Wednesday/Thursday
Job Overview: We are seeking a Resort Property Maintenance Technician to start immediately. This role will perform general facility maintenance tasks, including fixture installation, wall repairs, and paint touch-ups, and will complete basic electrical work such as changing light bulbs and installing ceiling fans.
Qualifications- Diploma or GED.
- One year of related experience at a resort.
- Prior maintenance or repair experience in industrial settings.
- Strong mechanical and electrical problem‑solving skills.
- Blueprint reader and hands‑on doer.
- Ready for physical work and all kinds of conditions.

- Perform general facility maintenance tasks, including fixture installation, wall repairs, and paint touch-ups.

- Maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of facility spaces.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance projects.
- Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards while working independently or as part of a team.
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will keep the resort facilities running smoothly and safely, serving guests and staff with reliable maintenance solutions.
