Property Maintenance Technician

Location: Orange Beach, AL

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Friday - Tuesday | Off Wednesday/Thursday

Job Overview: We are seeking a Resort Property Maintenance Technician to start immediately. This role will perform general facility maintenance tasks, including fixture installation, wall repairs, and paint touch-ups, and will complete basic electrical work such as changing light bulbs and installing ceiling fans.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or GED.
  • One year of related experience at a resort.
  • Prior maintenance or repair experience in industrial settings.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical problem‑solving skills.
  • Blueprint reader and hands‑on doer.
  • Ready for physical work and all kinds of conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general facility maintenance tasks, including fixture installation, wall repairs, and paint touch-ups.
  • Complete basic electrical work such as changing light bulbs and installing ceiling fans.
  • Maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of facility spaces.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance projects.
  • Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards while working independently or as part of a team.
