Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums floors of buildings, using cleaning solutions, tools and equipment

Cleans public restrooms

Cleans walls, ceilings, windows, walkways, stairwells, elevator cars, equipment and building fixtures

Gathers and empties trash from building floors

Sets up, arranges, and removes decorations, tables, and chairs in the meeting rooms

Moves items between departments

Cleans pool side area including chairs

Picks up trash from landscaped areas, parking lot, and common areas

Maintains trash compactor room

Reports safety hazards

Attends departmental meetings

Performs other duties as assigned

Works well as a member of a group
