Respond to guest maintenance requests in a courteous and timely manner;
Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs on hotel equipment including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler, pool, and guest rooms;
Take water samples and monitor chemical levels in boiler and cooling systems;
Operate boiler and chiller systems and maintain temperatures throughout the building;
Maintain cleanliness and general maintenance in engineering spaces and around the property
