Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on facilities, public areas, and streets as needed;
Complete checklists of physical condition of resort sites prior to and after guest occupancy;
Maintain resort lawns and grounds including weed control, trimming, mulching, and plant care;
Inspect irrigation system, playground/pool area, and other recreational amenities and perform minor repairs as needed;
Maintain resort vehicles and equipment; assist supervisor with supervision of service contractors
