Respond to engineering service calls and guest requests in a courteous, efficient manner;
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment including kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical and guest rooms;
Take water samples of boiler, loop, and cooling tower systems and treat the water to maintain chemical concentrations;
Operate equipment; monitor domestic hot and cold water systems and electrical switch gear for proper operation;
Assist with maintenance of parking lot and snow removal as needed
