Respond to and handle guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner.;
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment (kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical, and guest rooms).;
Take water samples of boiler loop and cooling tower systems and treat the water to maintain chemical levels.;
Operate equipment; maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems and monitor electrical switch gears to ensure proper operation.;
Respond to emergencies including fire alarms, bomb threats, disasters and power failures; notify authorities.
