Eagle Landing Golf Club near Orange Park, FL is pleased to announce an excellent opportunity for a full‑time Maintenance Staff. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation
: $19 hourly

The Maintenance Staff performs a variety of maintenance and repair tasks around the property, working in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager to deliver high‑quality service.

• Execute daily facility projects.
• Maintain all interior and exterior lighting, kitchen equipment, swimming pools and equipment, ice machines, air‑conditioning equipment, basic plumbing, basic electrical and fire‑prevention systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• Operate equipment at optimum effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
• Follow all Facilities departmental policies, standards and procedures.
• Perform repair work, renovations and replacement of furnishings and equipment.
• Assist other departments with setup and breakdown of special community events.

• High school diploma.
• Prior experience in a club, community, hotel or resort preferred.

• Understand member concerns and provide solutions while maintaining discretion, diplomacy and a positive attitude.
• Think clearly and quickly, prioritize, organize and follow up within appropriate time frames.
• Maintain confidentiality of all member information.
• Work cohesively with other departments.
• Interact positively with members in person.
• Work a flexible schedule and attend events as requested.

• Position involves work both outside and inside the facility as needed.

• Frequently uses hands; talks and hears.
• Regularly stands and sits.
• Occasionally walks, reaches, climbs, stoops, kneels, crouches, and lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions and sometimes in wet or humid environments.
• Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and moderate noise levels.
