PD Food Service Worker, MC- Culinary and Nutrition Orange- Shift

Reporting to the Food Services Manager, the Food Service Worker performs a variety of food service tasks in the kitchen, cafeteria, dishroom, and patient services areas, including meal assembly, service and delivery, dishwashing, sanitation, and safety.

• Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions in English.

• Knowledge of kitchen sanitary control techniques.
• Demonstrated experience working in a kitchen or dining environment and interacting closely with customers and peers.
