Milestone Retirement is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our community’s interior and exterior. You’ll handle preventative maintenance, respond to resident requests, and keep the community safe, functional, and welcoming.
Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, responding to emergencies, and documenting safety issues per guidelines.
