Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain a well-established mobile home community in Oregon City. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping a community looking its best, and values providing excellent service to residents.

• Complete general maintenance and repair requests
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
• Assist with preventative maintenance projects
• Identify maintenance concerns and recommend solutions
• Work independently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment

• Previous maintenance experience required (property maintenance preferred)
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check
