Aramark - - - Responsibilities:
Repair various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment.;
Inspect assigned areas on a routine basis and perform maintenance to keep the facility functional.;
Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.;
Report major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action.;
Maintain a friendly, efficient customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
