Brief Description
Founded in 1936, Roseburg Forest Products is a privately owned company and one of North America's leading producers of particleboard, medium density fiberboard and thermally fused laminates. Roseburg also manufactures softwood and hardwood plywood, lumber, LVL and I-joists. - Maintain high quality and productivity standards per requirements
- Excellent attendance and safety record
- Understand and adhere to prescribed safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated
- Ability to understand verbal and written communication
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair gasoline, diesel engines, and drive train components
- Automotive electrical systems
- Fluid and power systems
- Fabrication and welding
- Must have own tools, hand and air tools
- Must complete required training as per union/employer agreement or equivalent experience or training
- Must have current Oregon driver's license and have or be able to obtain CDL
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose, repair and understand all types of rolling stock
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to fight fires at incipient phase
