Location: Manzanita
The Hoffman Center for the Arts is looking for a contractor to maintain its building in Manzanita, Oregon. This role requires someone reliable and comfortable with physical work indoors and outdoors, especially in changing coastal weather.
You will perform a variety of tasks such as cleaning, monitoring systems, and reporting issues. Compensation is $25 per hour for approximately 3 hours a week, under a 1099 contract.
