Location:South Ridge School, Culver, MN
Wage:$19.53/hour

Position Details:Enjoy a rewarding position as a Full-Time Afternoon Custodian with our South Ridge School! This position is responsible for the cleaning of the school premises which includes both interior and exterior job duties to provide a safe and sanitary environment for the students and staff. This position enjoys a positive environment and the opportunity to work independently following district protocols and procedures.
Skills& Abilities:
- Ability to operate small equipment – such as lawnmowers, genie lifts, small tractors and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to maintain respect for student confidentiality
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain 2nd Class C Boilers License
- 1 year experience in general maintenance and/or custodial/cleaning services preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
