Waterman Canyon Post Acute – San Bernardino, CA

Waterman Canyon Post Acute is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Pay Range: $17.48 – $19.00 per hour, DOE

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, ensuring all areas meet health, safety, and infection control standards.

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and offices
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean windows, walls, and fixtures as needed
• Restock supplies in bathrooms and common areas
• Follow facility infection control and safety protocols
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as assigned

• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of infection control practices preferred
