Key Responsibilities:

• Basic Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and simple repairs of machinery, tools, and facilities. Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Support Senior Technicians: Collaborate with experienced team members on complex maintenance and repair tasks. Prepare tools and materials needed for specific maintenance activities.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and company protocols during all activities. Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Update supervisors on task progress and completion.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs. Stay updated on new maintenance tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training is a plus).
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 20kg).
• Comfortable working in various environments (e.g., indoors, outdoors, high temperatures).
