Our client, a welcoming  
** 55+ active adult community in King City, OR** , is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented  
** Housekeeper
* * to help keep the property looking its absolute best. In this role, you'll play an important part in creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment where residents can truly feel at home.

** What You'll Do*
* + Keep the leasing office, model apartments, amenities, and common areas sparkling clean and guest-ready.

+ Refresh vacant apartment homes to ensure they are move-in ready and looking their absolute best.

+ Assist with apartment make-ready tasks as needed.

+ Help maintain a beautiful community appearance and strong curb appeal.

+ Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.

+ Monitor cleaning supplies and help keep inventory stocked.

** What We're Looking For*
* + Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience is a plus.

+ A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

+ Attention to detail and pride in a job well done.

+ A positive attitude and commitment to providing a great experience for residents and visitors.

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.

** Pay Details:**  $17.50 per hour
