Location: Tillamook
Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping properties looking their best? We're hiring a reliable Groundskeeping & Facilities Maintenance/Cleaning team member to help maintain clean, safe, and attractive commercial properties through landscaping, general maintenance, and facility cleaning.
Duties- Perform routine groundskeeping including mowing, edging, trimming, and weed control.
- Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, offices, and other facility spaces.
- Pick up trash and keep walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas neat and presentable.
- Complete minor building maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and basic repairs.
- Operate landscaping and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with seasonal projects such as leaf removal, snow/ice treatment, and property improvements.
