Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Facility Maintenance

Pelican Brewing Company, a pioneer in craft beer since 1996, seeks a dedicated Janitor to join our team in Pacific City, Oregon. This role is crucial in maintaining the pristine condition of our brewery, ensuring that all areas are clean, orderly, and sanitary. Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks around the brewery, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Inspect and ensure the sanitary condition of facilities and report any issues or repairs needed.
• Maintain outdoor areas, keeping them free of debris and litter.
• Manage waste and recycling, including proper sorting and disposal according to sustainability practices.
• Assist in preparing facilities for events, including setup and teardown.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and practices.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
