Housekeeping Attendant

We are a seasonal position we open in spring and close in October.

We are looking for a professional Housekeeping attendant capable of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that has become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. We are looking for someone that can uphold our standards and has leadership qualities to lead the whole team in these standards.

• Vacuuming of all carpets and floors.
• Detailed cleaning of bathrooms
• Dusting all areas, including plants, pictures, furniture, ornaments, lamps etc.
• Spot washing walls of fingerprints and smudge marks.
• Cleaning of all light fixtures
• Collecting of all garbage and removing to specified location
• Detailed cleaning of oven, fridge, stove top and hood, dishwasher, microwave, toasters, coffee maker etc.
• Washing of all soiled dishes, cookware, and cutlery.
• Cleaning and disinfecting of waste containers (inside and out)
• Sweeping and washing of outside deck floor surface
• Cleaning of deck railings
• Cleaning of deck furniture
• Make sure all beds have fresh linens
• Replenish toilet tissue
• Turn mattresses as required.
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
• All responsibilities are not limited to those listed above

• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Salary: $16.00 per hour

• Weekend availability
