Apartment Maintenance Technician
We're looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to provide coverage for two apartment communities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and handling a variety of maintenance requests.
Responsibilities:
- Complete apartment and property maintenance work orders
- Perform minor plumbing repairs, including sinks and toilets
- Repair drywall and perform basic patching
- Replace light bulbs and basic fixtures
- Install and replace appliances
- Troubleshoot and resolve general maintenance issues
- Complete most work orders independently
- Major electrical and plumbing repairs are handled by outside vendors
