PURPOSE To improve student achievement by performing a variety of skilled work in the maintenance, construction and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspection, maintenance, and replacement of building HVAC filters
• Support district HVAC team
• Respond to day-to-day operational problems
• Provide assistance to other maintenance personnel

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

• Knowledge of the materials, tools, and equipment used in the HVAC trade as it pertains to filters.
