We’re looking for reliable and self‑starting Sanitation Associates to help keep our Clackamas facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. In this role, you’ll handle general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and debris removal, along with scheduled cleaning of equipment, restrooms, breakrooms, and warehouse areas. You’ll also support recycling efforts, manage waste disposal, and follow strict food safety and sanitation standards.

7am‑3:30pm, five (5) days/week. - Days off will be determined once training is completed.
Sanitation Associates are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with company standards and food safety requirements. This role includes general housekeeping such as sweeping, mopping, and debris removal, as well as scheduled cleaning of equipment, restrooms, breakrooms, and other facility areas. Sanitation Associates also support recycling efforts, assist with pest control prevention, and operation of equipment such as forklifts to manage waste.
All work must be completed in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines.
- General housekeeping incl. sweeping floors, cleaning up debris around the warehouse.
- Cleaning up standing water, breaking down boxes and recycle.
- Scheduled cleaning of freezer, restrooms and lunchroom.
- Use forklift to empty garbage and check for pest control issues.
- Responsible for the completion of the daily SQF inspection log.
- Must be able to work independently and communicate issues.
- We will train new hires on equipment, including electric pallet jack and forklift.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to use a pressure washer
- Ability to work in tall heights while in a scissor lift
- Ability to read/write/speak English
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (33 to 36 degrees
F) - Ability to work safely and professionally in a fast paced environment with frequent heavy equipment and pedestrian traffic
- 1‑year previous janitorial experience preferred
- Pallet jack/forklift experience a plus
