Builder Lead

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Framing and installing interior liner panels, exterior sheeting, trim, doors, door hardware, gutters, hoods, pans, and hanging HVAC units.
• Maintaining an excellent driving record and operating company vehicles safely.
• Representing nVent with integrity and appropriate conduct during on‑site services, whether working with customers, customer representatives, subcontractors, or fellow employees.
• Striving to build an enjoyable workplace environment that engenders pride in our products, focuses on customers, and fosters individual responsibility and ideas.
• Successfully implementing other duties as assigned.

Associate degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school. Two years of related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.

Hours:

6:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Thursday. Opportunities for extra hours on Friday are available.
