Technician II – Equipment (Photolithography) at Fab 4 facility in Gresham, Oregon.

Shift: back night compressed work week (Wed, Thu, Fri, every other Sat 6:15PM to 6:30AM).

Essential Functions
  • Repair and maintain Canon Fine Pattern Alignment systems.
  • Repair and maintain TEL Clean Track systems.
  • Troubleshoot electronic, electrical and mechanical problems.
  • Read and interpret mechanical prints and electrical/electronic schematics.
  • Work with systems containing radiation, electrical, mechanical, liquid, and gas hazards.
  • Practice effective and productive written and verbal communication.
  • Document work in maintenance logs effectively.
  • Follow procedures and instructions.
  • Contribute as a reliable and effective team member with minimal supervision.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • AA degree in a technical field or equivalent semiconductor industry experience, military training or technical degree.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Photolithography equipment maintenance.
  • Solid organizational, documentation and writing skills.
  • Creative problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Self‑directed, self‑motivated.
  • Proficient with MS Office products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional experience in other fab maintenance areas.
Special Requirements
  • Participation as an active member of the Fab 4 ERT (Emergency Response Team).
  • Ability to meet ERT physical requirements.
  • Must pass a physical, fit test and medical clearance for usage of a tight‑fitting respirator (SCBA full face mask level).
  • Must maintain physical requirements for wearing SCBA full face mask level.
  • Must be able and willing to travel for training purposes.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift, push, pull approximately 50 lbs; carry 50 lbs.
  • Sit 5% of the time; stand 60%; walk 35%.
  • Perform activities that include climbing, bending at waist, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, crawling, handling, feeling, hearing, talking, seeing.
  • Work environment may include slippery surfaces, noise or vibrations, mechanical hazards, electrical hazards, fumes or odors, dust or gases.

Travel Time: 0% – 25%.
