CNC Field Service Engineer in Remote

Overview

In this role, you will focus on the Oregon market, leveraging the latest technology and serving a variety of clients. Our organization supports service technicians and values growth and learning.

We provide a car allowance, company cell phone, laptop, and cover gas expenses, enabling you to focus on servicing top‑line machines and delivering excellent customer service.

• Perform day‑to‑day field service, including installations and preventive maintenance within the local market.
• Resolve customer issues, provide sales support, and deliver training as needed.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, and maintain customer records and technical documentation.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

• Experience installing, maintaining, or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Developed repair skills focused on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical aspects.

Both mechanical and electrical knowledge of CNC equipment is essential.

Expected salary range for this California position is between $30/hr and $50+/hr, with final compensation based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
