Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, and routine maintenance at our properties in Wisconsin and Oregon. The ideal candidate will assist in the make-ready process and ensure all repairs and replacements are done timely.
Responsibilities include inspecting grounds, managing service requests, and providing excellent customer service to residents. A High School Diploma is required, along with basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and Fair Housing Laws.
