Are you someone who takes real pride in keeping things running right? As a Facilities Maintenance Technician at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, you'll be the person behind the scenes making sure our property stays in top shape. From routine repairs to preventive maintenance, you'll move through the resort each day with purpose — handling the hands-on work that keeps our buildings, equipment, and spaces looking and functioning their best.

This is an active, on-your-feet, hourly role for someone who thrives on variety and genuinely enjoys solving problems. Hours will be Thursday - Friday, 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm, Saturday-Monday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm.

About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort:

Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to two 'Courses with a Mission':
Bandon Preserve, an award-winning par-3 course, and Shorty's, which opened in 2024. All net proceeds from both courses fund the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation, supporting communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

Beyond premier golf, guests delight in a variety of dining options at Bandon Dunes’ collection of restaurants. Whether you're looking to enjoy locally-sourced, Pacific-Northwest cuisine accompanied by an award-winning wine list or prefer kicking back in a Scottish-style setting with traditional pub fare and local microbrews, there is something for everyone.

Working at Bandon Dunes is a dream for golf fans, outdoor enthusiasts, and hospitality professionals alike. The Bandon Dunes team works together to create trips of a lifetime for our guests. We are passionate stewards of our resort, community, and environment. As an endlessly curious group, we ask questions, share ideas, and always look for a better way. With a hard-working attitude, we help guide our guests through their pure golf experience, immersed in Oregon’s natural beauty and away from the demands of daily life.

  • Handle day-to-day repairs across the resort. Replace light bulbs, patch drywall, paint, repair furniture, and service equipment — whatever the property needs, you're on it. You'll work directly with the Facility Maintenance Managers and respond on call when issues come up.
  • Stay ahead of problems. You'll help establish and manage a preventive maintenance program that catches issues early and keeps the resort operating smoothly for guests and staff alike.
  • Keep accurate records. Every repair gets a work order documenting what was done and how long it took. You'll also maintain maintenance records, as-builts, and equipment manuals so the team always has the information it needs.
  • Know when to call in the experts. When a repair requires a contracted vendor, you'll identify the issue, report it to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, and help keep things moving toward resolution.
  • Stay stocked and ready. You'll maintain a working inventory of common parts so the right supplies are always on hand, and you'll keep your company vehicle clean and road-ready per company policy.
  • Follow all safety protocols. You'll adhere to the safety and training programs set by the department, company, and state agencies — and take those standards seriously every day.
  • Hands-on experience in the trades. Whether it's carpentry, mechanical work, or basic electrical, you've worked with your hands and know how to assess and address a maintenance issue. A background across multiple areas is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail. You understand that good recordkeeping protects the team and the property. Work orders, parts lists, and maintenance logs are part of doing the job right.
  • Clear communication skills. You can work comfortably alongside managers, staff, and vendors — and you're not shy about flagging something that needs attention.
  • A positive, professional attitude. You show up ready to work, take pride in your surroundings, and approach each day with a team-first mindset.
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel,…
