Young Life is seeking a Maintenance Tech I for the Washington Family Ranch site (Antelope, OR) to support maintenance and landscape work at a remote camp. The role includes supervising seasonal staff, coordinating with multiple departments, and upholding safety and service standards.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, and is able to lead teams, manage tasks, and perform physically demanding work in varied environments. Affordable housing is available on site for staff.
