The Part Time Buildings and Grounds Technician is responsible for the routine maintenance, repair, and upkeep of L.E.A.P. facilities and grounds throughout Washington County. The Buildings and Ground Technician will ensure safe, functional, and well-maintained environments for staff, clients, and the community. This position will perform general building maintenance, groundskeeping, light custodial tasks, seasonal support, and program-related services including Clean & Tune and air conditioner installation, as assigned.

• Three to five years of experience in general maintenance, facilities, or related work preferred.
• Experience with basic HVAC, electrical, or plumbing tasks preferred.
