Maintenance Technician – Oregon, WI

Looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician position where you can put your skills to work? ACC is hiring for two newer properties in Oregon, WI —
CC Lane and Main Street Townhomes
. You’ll work across both communities, handling everything from everyday repairs and apartment turns to grounds maintenance and keeping the properties looking their best.

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
  ; multifamily property maintenance experience is a plus
• Strong hands-on skills with painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ability to handle lawn care and grounds maintenance
• Good troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation approximately once every 4 weeks

• CC Lane: 58 apartments + 12 townhomes
• Main Street Townhomes: 24 individual townhomes
• Both properties are newer communities, opened within the past 1–2 years

• Monitor all interior and exterior for maintenance issues. Perform inspections of all apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Maintain and keep all tools and equipment in acceptable working conditions and work area neat and clean.
• Electrical: replace or fix outlets, light switches, fixtures, and breakers.
• Plumbing: replace or fix faucets, re-piping, toilets, sinks, and unclogging drains.
• Heating and Cooling: general heating repairs and cleaning filters, compressors, and condenser coils.
• Groundskeeping, including but not limited to:
