Overnight Engineering & Maintenance - Amangiri

Location:

Amangiri, a 900‑acre resort on the Colorado Plateau.

Maintenance & Engineering Level 1 – Overnight. Responsible for maintaining the resort’s facilities and ensuring all operations run smoothly during overnight hours.

• Exceed guest expectations by maintaining high standards of care and service.
• Report on time for each shift, adhering to uniform and grooming standards.
• Care for tools, supplies, and equipment responsibly.
• Perform general preventive maintenance tasks including painting, minor repairs, and inspect mechanical rooms nightly.
• Conduct routine inspections and repairs of pools, lighting, and HVAC systems as per schedule.
• Respond to room and guest calls, addressing maintenance requests promptly.
• Carry out snow removal, garbage pickup, and ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of facilities.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of daily tasks and projects assigned by the Director of Engineering.
• Assist with furniture setup for events and other duties as needed.

• At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance‑related field, preferably in hospitality or luxury resort settings.
• Open availability and willingness to work weekends and overnight shifts.
• Ability to manage time effectively and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with various departments and colleagues.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift, bend, and perform other physical tasks.
• Professional and clean appearance in line with company policies.
• Clean driving and criminal records required.
