Service Supervisor - Orem

As our Service Supervisor you’ll be managing an intricate compound of beautiful, contemporary apartment buildings and several of our amazing technicians. Your goal is to ensure the lawns, gardens, and common areas surrounding our resident homes look their best, and that high‑tech appliances and facilities operate smoothly.

• Support and assist all aspects of community operations under the guidance of the Community Manager.
• Complete on‑call duties during nights and weekends as required.
• Handle unsupervised, timely completion of occupied apartment service requests according to company and property standards.
• Maintain the property, including resident satisfaction and contribution to occupancy goals.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs and routine repair of mechanical systems to preserve the asset.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean at all times.
• Perform community inspections, quality assurance reviews, and prepare for HUD inspections.
• Assist with bidding for new contracts, completion of annual capital expense projects, vendor/contractor relationship management, and cost‑reduction strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Intermediate math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions, percentages for financial records and budgeting.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Deliver superior customer service.
• Ability to track inventory and manage materials and parts.

• High school diploma or equivalent; professional knowledge of business discipline.
• HVAC/R certification preferred.
• Experience in property maintenance, groundskeeping, or related field.
