Facility Assistant / Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Facility Assistant/Maintenance Technician to join our team at Classic Fun Center (Orem) and help us keep our attractions and facilities running flawlessly.

The Facility Assistant/Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our facility. This role involves a variety of responsibilities so that they can respond to maintenance requests, perform scheduled maintenance duties, and maintain cost objectives.

What makes a great Facility Assistant/Maintenance Technician?

Age: 18+

Availability:
Weekday Mornings, Saturdays Required - with 2 or 3 days off during the week as needed.

Relevant

Experience:

We are looking for candidates with at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating some knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or mechanics.

Physical Abilities:
The candidate should be capable of completing physical duties, which may include moving arcade equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climbing ladders, and possessing the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain facility machines and equipment.

Flexibility:
The ability to work a flexible schedule is essential to accommodate the operational needs of the facility.

Technical

Skills:

Knowledge of arcade games or electrical boards would be a preferred advantage.

Problem-Solving

Skills:

Being able to identify, comprehend, and act on changing customer and business requirements is crucial for success in this role.

Organizational

Skills:

Attention to detail and strong organizational ability are vital, as this position requires working under pressure amid distractions and interruptions.

Effective Communication:
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, to address all areas of job responsibilities effectively.

Compensation:
Pay ranging from $15-$18+ DOE.
