Maintenance Manager

The American National Red Cross seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead facility upkeep that supports lifesaving humanitarian work. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for Red Cross facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant environments that support humanitarian programs
• Plan, prioritize, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, equipment, and grounds
• Supervise and develop maintenance staff and contractors, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and service
• Manage maintenance budgets, vendors, and service contracts, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
• Coordinate facility readiness for emergency and disaster response activities, including inspections and rapid repairs
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, inventory, and regulatory compliance
• Implement and improve maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and asset management practices
• Collaborate with operations and program leaders to align facility needs with mission priorities
