Physical Therapist

Qualifications

All candidates must be licensed in the State of Illinois and have completed appropriate coursework from an accredited university.

• Full‑Time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday‑Friday; must be willing to work two evening shifts until 8:00 pm.

• Work with Duly Health and Care physicians from a wide variety of specialties, providing a diverse caseload.
• Sub‑specialize practice in areas such as neurology, pelvic floor, vestibular therapy.
• Participate in onsite continuing education and receive CEU funds for outside education.
• Maintain a work/life balance; partner in sporting and community events in surrounding neighborhoods.
• Mentoring and development opportunities for therapists interested in leadership roles.
• Focus on patient care and outcomes, spending more time with patients.
• Daily responsibilities include working effectively in both independent and team environments; being organized with attention to detail; possessing diplomacy and strong interpersonal skills; having the ability to problem‑solve and think creatively.
