Target Compensation: 90k-110k plus bonus
Key Responsibilities For The Senior Accountant- Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules
- Support inventory accounting, cost analysis, and manufacturing reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
