We're looking for M&A due diligence managers with 4+ years at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big
4) to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: quality of earnings report exhibits, databook summary slides, diligence findings decks, working capital analysis pages, and red flag report production.
$100/hour
CommitmentFlexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
LocationFully remote, work on your own schedule

Qualifications- 4+ years in transaction services / FDD at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big
4) - Deep expertise in QoE exhibits, findings communication, and report production
- Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
