We're looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Associate
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping projects moving smoothly. You'll be a key point of contact for customers while supporting order entry, project coordination, and internal communication.

Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online systems
- Answer questions regarding products, pricing, timelines, and order status
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through project completion
- Order Entry & Project Coordination
- Accurately enter customer orders into internal systems
- Review order details for completeness, accuracy, and production readiness
- Communicate order updates, changes, and delivery timelines to customers
- Order or discuss buyout products and turnaround from vendors
- Help keep project details organized and work closely with management
- Administrative & Team Support
- Maintain organized records of orders, artwork, approvals, and customer communications
- Support the sales and operations teams with administrative and project‑related tasks
- Process customer payments and assist with invoicing, billing, and credit card transactions accurately and securely
- Coordinate and maintain inventory of office supplies, production materials, and essential project resources to support daily operations efficiently
- Contribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented work environment
- Graphic Design & Prepress Support (Bonus Skills)
- Assist with customer artwork approvals and revision requests
- Verify artwork quality, sizing, resolution, and bleed requirements
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Creative Suite to support project workflows
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and learning internal CRM, order management tools, and other business software systems
- Positive, professional, and customer‑focused attitude
- Experience in printing, signage, marketing, branding, or creative services
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Creative Suite
- Understanding of print production, file setup, or prepress processes
- Experience with Odoo, CRM platforms, or order processing systems
- Friendly, professional, and solution‑oriented
- Highly organized and dependable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Eager to learn, adapt, and grow
- $40,000–$50,000 annually, based on experience
