Join our Field Design & Service Center Team as an Apprentice Jeweler. You will handle administrative and clerical tasks, polish jewelry, and support the team while working toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

• Perform full administrative responsibilities, including customer service and interaction with both stores and customers.
• Complete administrative/clerical tasks such as photography of jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Learn the basics of jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control.

• Customer Service minded with strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multi‑task, and time management.

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full‑time 40‑hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Base pay: $15.40 – $16.00, final rate based on experience and qualifications.

• Jeweler Certification classes to develop and enhance bench skills.
