Business Service Center Advocate

Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Business Service Center Advocate to join our client’s team in Orland Park, Illinois
. This is an onsite, contract position.

SALARY: $18-$20 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of Customer Service experience
• 1-3 years of Deposit Operations or Cash Management experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
• Basic Computer Skills
• Physical ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand, and walk; frequently sit

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to inquiries from business or Treasury Management clients regarding bank products and services
• Assist internal teams such as Treasury Management Officers and Branch Staff with client questions
• Keep current on policies, products, and procedures for the department
• Research accounts and resolve issues with varying complexity
• Escalate requests requiring additional expertise
• Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish
• Perform additional support functions as assigned
